What to expect with Rebdud VC

After thousands of calls with founders, we have created a frictionless and nearly structureless environment molded from our discovery. Founders need white-glove self-serve support from operators who have been in their shoes. You build your company, and let us know how we can support you. Every founder has a different journey and needs customized and time-flexible support.

The key differentiators of Redbud are i) the responsiveness of our team, ii) direct access to an intimate level of support from operators who have built billion-dollar companies, and iii) a team who will work founder hours to make sure our founders have access to the networks (e.g., sourcing talent, investors, partners) and resources (e.g., building decks, product discovery support, or role-playing negotiations) they need to build. For example, Willy Schlacks has been building products at EquipmentShare since day one, scaled their team to 100s, and built products that serve millions of customers. Willy has been instrumental in helping founders build at Redbud from a first principles perspective.

In addition, we can add a bit extra value to companies building in specific industries (e.g., fintech, proptech, construction) due to our backgrounds as founders building products and as startups that our LP’s companies can leverage (e.g., HR tech for EquipmentShare).
