Josef Scarantino

Josef Scarantino is Head of Programs at All Raise, an organization focused on accelerating the success of female investors, founders, and operators in tech and venture capital. Prior to All Raise, Josef was at HubSpot Ventures where he managed the post-investment experience for over thirty growth-stage startup companies, helping to ensure their success in the HubSpot ecosystem. Josef also led program operations at the Denver-based Techstars and Western Union global fintech accelerator over its 3-year partnership, collectively serving over 120 diverse founders from more than 40 countries while investing in 30 early-stage fintech startups disrupting financial access for millions of underbanked populations.
