Josh is a Founding Partner at ground game ventures. He began his career in technology as a Systems Engineer in the data infrastructure and software space and spent ~15 years in go-to-market roles with Sutter Hill Ventures’ portfolio companies with exits at Data Domain, Pure Storage, and Snowflake. Josh is passionate about value selling frameworks and sales processes.

Josh is a graduate of Wabash College, where he was awarded a Lilly Fellowship for leadership and character.

Josh hangs his hat in Indianapolis and is a native son of the Pacific Northwest - where you will often find him relishing in all that every season has to throw at him. Josh and his wife Monica are the proud parents of Andrew (16) and Betsy (13).
