The Opportunity

As account executive at Fair Tech Inc, you'll lead maturing our B2B sales pipeline and be directly rewarded for your success. The base compensation is $45,000, with on target earnings OTE at $90,000. Uncapped earning potential. Your mission is to generate excitement about our unique value proposition and connect prospects with our expert team. Your primary responsibility will be cold outreach to potential B2B partners and booking meetings for our team members.


You will be expected to contact 40+ leads per day and mature the relationship.

You will have a weekly scorecard of your performance.

Who You Are

You are an ambitious sales professional with a passion for the automotive, insurance or tech industry. You excel at building relationships with businesses and have a knack for understanding and addressing their needs. Your organizational and communication skills are top-notch, making you an effective ambassador for Fair. And most importantly, you love metrics and thrive off of them.


Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably 2+ in the automotive, Insurance or tech industry.

  • Proven track record in outbound sales efforts and pipeline management.

  • Ability to understand partner needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

  • Ability to make many cold calls each day.

  • A passion for Fair’s mission and an understanding of how our solutions can benefit businesses and drivers alike.

  • Creative problem-solving abilities and a resourceful approach to sales challenges.

  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
