Base Salary: $36,000 - $42,000

OTE: $70,000 About the Role: We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to be the first line of communication with potential clients. While familiarity with our processes isn't expected initially, openness to learn and become an expert is essential. Ideal candidates should have a basic understanding of the sales process, including researching leads, initiating new relationships, and setting our sales closers up for success. The BDR will effectively convey customers' pain points to the sales team to coordinate solutions. They will work cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and design teams to bridge the gap between product and revenue. This role embodies our commitment to exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who is excited about the opportunity to grow with us and make a significant impact.

What the BDR will do:

  • Research and Identify Potential Customers: Conduct market analysis, leverage social media, and understand relevant trends in the auto warranty space.

  • Learn to Use Relevant Tools: Efficiently use tools like Apollo, Hubspot, ChatGPT, etc., with training provided.

  • Qualify Prospective Leads: Conduct discovery to align prospects with the right point of contact at Fair.

  • Send Tailored Outreach: Use outbound emails, texts, and calls to drive customer meetings for the Sales team with relevant stakeholders at targeted companies. Learn sequences and craft emails that get responses.

  • Assist in Sales Process Skills: Learn and assist in critical sales process skills, including meeting preparation, follow-up, and closing.

  • Aspire for Growth: Aim to progress to account executive roles or other positions within the company, driven by the direct correlation of their efforts and future opportunities.
