EquipmentShare secures $290M to boost U.S. expansion

Columbia, Missouri-based EquipmentShare secured $290M in fresh funding led by BDT Capital Partners. The firm did not disclose the valuation at the current round. However, it did reveal that the valuation was 40% higher than the previous fundraiser from 2021. EquipmentShare intends to use the proceeds to continue expansion in the U.S., further develop its T3 technology platform, and strengthen its balance sheet.

    • It last raised a $230M Series D funding led by Tiger Global Management, RedBird Capital Partners, and The Spruce House Partnership in July 2021, followed by a $1.2B debt facility from Capital One Ventures in September 2021.
